1. Please respect everyone in the room. That includes our maids, butlers, and your fellow guests.

 

2. Please keep kbs UNDER 3 000. (To check your kbs, please look at the room info, look for your user, and look under “size”. If over 3 000, remove any unnecessary accessories e.g. dances, voice boxes, wings, pets, lights, etc.)

3. Please ask before playing music bought from the music store.

4. Do not play triggered music or voice boxes (worn products) unless granted permission by staff.

5. Do not wear oversized wings, tails, auras, resizer, body light or any products that could potentially block or interfere with other visitors’ view.

6. Do not advertise in the cafe.

7. Guests may try out poses behind the counter but ONLY with permission from a mod and for a limited time only. Staying when staff tells you to move will get you booted. 

8. Our maids and butlers have mod privileges and are obligated to boot visitors if they failed to follow the rules.

9. Everyone is entitled to having THREE CHANCES before they get booted. HOWEVER, if anyone displays acts of RACISM, SEXUAL HARASSMENT or THREATS, staff are obligated to IMMEDIATELY BOOT. This also applies for advertising in the cafe.

10. HAVE FUN! Relax, pet the nekos, meet new people and make new friends. Café Nyan values a positive and friendly environment to ensure that visitors and staff get the best roleplay and chat experience~!

Rules for Guests

Rules for Staff

1. Staff must always post an entrance and welcome guests in the room.

 

2. At least one mod must be on duty 24/7.

 

3. Staff must always inform guests of the rule board.

4. Staff must always inform guests of the site.

 

5. Staff are strictly obligated to treat ALL GUESTS AND STAFF equally. Meaning mistreatment of new or other IMVU players for any other reasons will NOT BE TOLERATED.

 

6. Everyone in the room gets THREE chances before being booted except for incidents that involve racism, sexual harassment, and threats as mods are obligated to INSTANTLY BOOT them.

 

7. Café Nyan Guest Rules 1-6 heavily apply to staff too. Staff also have a right to THREE warnings before a manager staff or an agitated guest may message the owner.

Consequences include termination and a possible ban from the room.

 

8. If reporting an incident with a guest or a staff is necessary, copy the chat box or send a screenshot of the chat and send to the room owner for assessment.
